Libbera Review – appetite suppressant with glucomannan

Libbera reviewLibbera is a weight management supplement of unknown origin that is marketed worldwide via the official product website. In some ways the name “Libbera” is an unfortunate choice because the prescription drug Levocetirizine dihydrochloride is also sometimes called Libbera. The diet supplement is an all natural formulation, not a drug, so it is important not to confuse the two.

Unfortunately, the official website fails to provide important basic information about the product, including the ingredients it contains and the way it should be used, but the formulation does not contain gluten, soya, or GMO. That’s a point in its favour, but potential customers have a right to know exactly what they are paying for before they part with their money.

What Are the Promised Benefits?

  • Contains glucomannan
  • Suppresses the appetite
  • Supports healthy blood sugar levels
  • Supports healthy cholesterol levels

What Are the Ingredients Used in Libbera?

Konjac in PGXLibbera contains glucomannan, but it is unclear if it’s the only ingredient involved.

Glucomannan is a natural fiber taken from the roots of the konjac plant, often called Elephant Yam.

It is an extremely absorbent compound and its interaction with water causes it to expand. When this expansion process happens in the human digestive organs it triggers a feeling of satiety that suppresses the desire to eat. A number of studies, prove the ingredient’s ability to control hunger.

The research team that conducted one study collected a team of 20 obese people and gave them two 500mg glucomannan capsules, three times per day, 60 minutes before eating.

The capsules were taken with water and by the end of the study (eight weeks later) the test subjects showed a mean weight loss of 5 1/2 pounds. Use of the glucomannan capsules also successfully lowered their cholesterol levels. The key point to note here is the dosage. Most of the successful glucomannan research studies involved a dose of 3000 mg per day. It is unclear whether Libbera provides this.

What is Libbera

What Do Past Customers Have to Say About the Product?

All’s quiet on the western front as far as this particular diet pill is concerned. We were unable to find any customer feedback at all.

Are Side Effects a Possibility?

Glucomannan is not likely to present issue. The problem is the formulation may contain other ingredients that do. We suggest all potential users attain medical approval prior to commencing use of this product. This is especially important in the case of pregnant or nursing mothers, people who are using medication, and anyone who has existing health conditions or concerns.

Where Can I Buy Libbera Diet Pills?

Libbera is only available from www.libbera.com. The price is $29.95 per bottle and customers get a second bottle free of charge.

This is called the Basic Package. There is also a “Deluxe Package” that costs $149.80 and consists of two 30-capsule bottles of Libbera plus three 60-capsule bottles. The third option is the “Club Package”.

It’s almost identical to the “Deluxe Package”, but only has two 60-capsule bottles instead of three. The $89.95 price tag makes it sound like the better deal, but there’s a catch. Customers who purchase via this method are making a commitment to buy further bottles of pills via the company’s autoship program.

Is There a Guarantee?

Libbera has a 30-money back guarantee.

Is Libbera Worth Buying?

The price looks very reasonable, but there are only 30 capsules in a bottle, and a promotional video states the capsules are small and easy to swallow.

A 100mg capsule is not particularly small. If the capsules provide 500mg of glucomannan and two of them have to be taken three times per day (like in the majority of studies) a bottle of Libbera will only be good for five days.

PhenQIf the dose contains a lesser quantity and/or is taken less times per day, the pills are unlikely to work. Either way it doesn’t sound like a good buy to us and it is important to bear in mind appetite suppression alone is seldom enough to provide easy weight loss.

Experts state products that tackle the problem of weight loss from a number of different angles offer the best chance of success. So although it’s possible Libbera may provide the promised level of appetite suppression, it does not compare well with PhenQ, which has hunger curbing abilities as well, but is also a fat blocker and fat burner and is likely to be less costly to use.
