PGX stands for PolyGlycopleX – a diet supplement that consists of water-soluble, polysaccharides (fibres) from konjac root (glucomannan) , sodium alginate and xanthan gum.

The official website details that the ingredients in formula can reduce the glycemic index of meals by up to 50% which in turn can expedite the digestion process.
In more simpler terms it is an appetite suppressant that can help to reduce your daily calorie intake.
