Shapeology Burn Blend Review
Shapeology Burn Blend is a diet pill manufactured in the USA by Shapeology Nutrition. All sales are made via the company website, which is easy to navigate, but lacking in information about the product. The site also fails to provide much information about the company or where it is based, but customer services can be contacted via email or telephone.
Shapeology Burn Blend is designed to work as a fat burner. The active ingredients are contained in a liquid, which is housed in a capsule casing. Although far from being the norm, capsules with liquid centres are becoming more popular, and are believed to be absorbed more quickly than conventional pills and tablets.
- Fast acting liquid delivery to maximise fat burning effects
- Elevated energy levels
- Clinically-proven key ingredients
Key Ingredients & Blend Potential
Two capsules provide 695.92mg of the “Burn Blend” proprietary blend and, just to make matters a little more confusing, the Burn Blend consists of three more proprietary blends.
Metabolin 150 Formula
- Green Tea Extract
- White Tea Extract
- Evodia Rutaecarpa Extract (10 % Evodiamine)
- Inositol Hexaphosphate
- Black Pepper Extract
Green tea and white tea both provide valuable antioxidants that can help promote good health and are believed to protect against disease. Green tea is a particularly worthwhile inclusion because it has been proven to provide thermogenic fat burning. One study suggests it can work particularly well when combined with caffeine and, as caffeine is provided elsewhere in the formulation, it could be a winning combination, but without any inclusion rates to go by it is impossible to say whether a sufficient amount of either ingredient has been included.
Evodia rutaecarpa extract provides Evodiamine. Although it is often deemed a fat burner, further study is required. Inositol hexaphosphate has a reputation for boosting the immune system, but it is not known to be an effective aid to weight loss. Black pepper extract is a better inclusion because it can help smooth the absorption of other ingredients, and at least one scientific study suggests it has merit as a fat burner.
- White Willow Extract (25% salicin)
- Aspidosperma Quebracho Blanco Extract
- Inula Racemosa
- Troxerutin (sapphora japonica)
- Cnidium Monnerium
- Yohimbe Extract
DMAE has a good reputation for boosting athletic capabilities, and Inula racemosa is believed to help balance glucose and insulin levels, but yohimbe is the only ingredient that stands out as having the potential to deliver good weight loss results. It has proven fat burning abilities. The rest of the ingredients offers a number of health benefits, but are not generally considered effective for weight loss. However, when combined ingredients can sometimes work in unexpected ways, so it is hard to rule out the potential of any ingredient entirely.
- Caffeine Anhydrous
- Xanthinol Nicotinate
- Codonopsis Pilosula Root
Judging by its name, the EnergiXy Formula appears to be designed to provide extra energy, and caffeine is famous for doing just that. Xanthinol nicotinate is not without merit either. Despite the fancy name, it’s really just a form of vitamin B3, and B vitamins are essential for correct metabolic function. Codonopsis pilosula root, is unlikely to offer much of benefit as an energy or weight loss provider, but is known to improve the overall health, so it not by any means a bad inclusion.
The amount of capsules required is dependent on personal tolerance levels, but one to two capsules should be taken first thing each morning, with plenty of water. A second dose should be taken in the afternoon, but the maximum dose of four capsules per day should not be exceeded.
Burnblend Customer Feedback
Customer feedback is hard to find, but searching a few dieting forums unearthed a couple of interesting comments:
Possible Burnblend Side Effects
The manufacturers state Shapeology Burn Blend is not suitable for pregnant/nursing mothers or anyone who is under the age of 18. They also suggest consulting a doctor if side effects become an issue. This advice is also offered to people who have existing health problems or are using medications.
Possible side effects listed on the site include:
- Increased heart rate/palpitations
- Difficulty sleeping
Purchasing Options & Considerations
Shapeology Burn Blend is only available from the official website, and a bottle of 60 capsules costs $49.99, but the price is often discounted down in price to $39.99.
Recommended Fat Burner
Of all the fat burners we have reviewed we recommend PhenQ – it is not just a fat burner it can also suppress appetite.
It is the feedback from its customers and its users that sets it apart from its competitors.
PhenQ has been copied many times – there is however only one PhenQ.
